  1. Thanks Mary! Mark is also a big fan of the fruit smoothie. Instead of milk, he adds Greek yoghurt which is also high protein. Occasionally he’ll throw in a avocado as well. Wonderful midday snack, especially during the hot summer months!

    1. I love Mark’s idea of adding Greek yogurt for the protein. Haven’t tried an avocado yet, but you’re inspiring me to try it!
