I really appreciate how you have opened up about your challenges with anxiety. It’s very misunderstood sometimes just how debilitating it can be. It certainly was for me, so much so that a couple of times I thought I was having a heart attack. My face would freeze and my fingers would curl in unable to be opened until I reduced the amount of oxygen in my system.
I originally thought anxiety was just a little feeling, just a short bit of nervousness but it is a much more serious affliction. You are so brave to talk about this.
Thank you so much.
Hi Michelle,
Thank you for sharing your experience with anxiety. It’s strange how our minds go to other reasons for what is happening and it takes a while to realize it’s anxiety because it manifests itself so differently in each of us. It’s a lifelong challenge, but talking helps.
