1. Yum! Looks and sounds delicious. Will definitely follow up with Blue Goose. Also, our son was just diagnosed with celiac disease. I know you said the pasta was gluten free, but is this entire meal gluten feee and does Blue Goose have other GF options? Thanks and stay warm.

      Yes, this soup is delicious and has that unexpected yet subtle ginger taste! The soup is gluten free if made with gluten-free noodles and would be suitable for your soon – or, you could omit the noodles and use beans. It’s a hearty and filling soup. I hope you try it!       I recommend you check out Whole Foods or other organic stores in your area because Blue Goose products are not sold in the US, unfortunately! Hope you try this yummy soup.
